這篇其實是擱了很久才寫的，擱到我們當天看的電影大概都下檔了(喂

抱歉啦最近有點忙喔~

因為突然很想吃豬排，一看完黑魔女之後就殺來這裡了! 確切來說這是我的二訪，一訪是兩年前的事了吧? 所以也不太記得它到底是怎麼樣="=

是日本牌子引進的唷，所以應該有一定的水準　（點頭

Apologies for the late post; there were some issues I had to resolve for a few days.

I'd been wanting some tonkatsu for a while now, so we went to Saboten, located in Big City, right after we watched Maleficent (it was okay.) This is actually the second time I've been here, but since that was some time ago I don't really remember what it was like (except, I guess, that it was alright enough to make me go back?)

This restaurant is under the Green House label in Japan, so it's actually a Japanese brand - which means, supposedly, that there's a standard to be met.

附上的生菜，甜甜的還滿新鮮。

The 'salad' of shredded lettuce and soy sauce. Pretty sweet and refreshing.

我愛吃的醃蘿蔔...不夠甜啦~~XD 有一些怪怪的味道，不知道是不是我不太習慣而已

An appetizer of black turtle beans and daikon. The beans...were really unappetizing to me, so I didn't touch them. DD said they tasted pretty okay, though!

I expected more of the daikon, but it really wasn't sweet enough, and there was a weird, gasoline-y taste to it I didn't like. Not sure what that's all about.

搗芝麻醬是個很有趣的pastime? 哈哈

In some tonkatsu places they give you sesame seeds and a stick to make sesame dipping sauce for the meat (you pour soy sauce into the bowl after you finish mashing the sesame.) It's really fun, but I basically forgot about the sauce once my meal came...

我點的是香潤里脊豬排套餐 (100g) $280

這家的傳統食譜系列都有分不同重量不同價錢喔，可以依自己的食量點餐

我吃這樣就滿飽的，食量更小的可以考慮 70g 的腰內肉 (前提是價錢跟這道一樣XD)

還不錯耶，很酥很香，雖然麵皮厚了一點點可是肉的存在感還是很高，不會乾柴

Aaaand it's here! I ordered the pork tenderlion set (100g), which came with rice, miso soup and dessert. For some of the sets customers are able to order a set amount (e.g. 70g, 100g) depending on how much they can/want to eat. This was pretty filling for me!

The breading was crisp enough without being overwhelming, and stayed pretty crisp throughout the meal. Although the pork wasn't super duper juicy as I expected it to be, it wasn't dry either and was pretty aromatic, which is a-ok in my book. I've definitely had worse at a higher price >_>

Mm...I didn't touch it, because I was already full enough with my meal as is. The scalions smelled really good, though, and she had to pack some up because she couldn't finish it.

It was pretty good; not too salty, which is a problem with a lot of miso soup I get...@_@

原來是芒果布丁＋草莓醬

布丁好Ｑ喔感覺比較像蒟蒻！（裡面有椰果我好開心～～）

Dessert.

DD thought this was ketchup....I mean, it does look like ketchup.

It's actually just strawberry sauce on mango pudding. The pudding was very springy and didn't taste pudding-y at all? There was nata de coco in it though, which was a nice surprise.

服務還滿周到的，當天人好多啊ＸＤＤ還遇到了一堆剛畢業的學弟妹

喜歡吃豬排的看完電影可以去試試～
