前幾天我媽揪了兩個同學的媽一起去吃下午茶，本來是要吃老爺飯店的...可是他那天禮拜四竟然客滿...哭哭。

所以就跑來巨城隨便選了一家進去XD。

因為有四個人所以點的是四人氛享精緻套餐 $1299元。可惜沒有拍到MENU，因為菜單自去年有點變動，在網路上找不到某些餐點的名稱@@。 抱歉嘍...

My mom decided to get together with some friends (aka my friends' moms...) to go out for a spot of afternoon tea. We were going to go to the tearoom in Royal Hotel, but it happened to be full that day (on a Thursday, no less.) Which was a bummer since it's got a pretty good selection of food at a decent price. Oh well, next time.

Therefore we decided to go to Big City and look around for something to eat; none of us had eaten yet and it was already almost two. We decided on the Pizza Hut (which was a strange choice but we were honestly too hungry to care.) I'd always thought Pizza Hut was just a pizza place (I mean, look at the name) when I was a kid, but apparently it sells much more than that...?

Anyway, we got a four-person set meal for $1299 NTD, which is around $43 dollars. Not too bad.

餐前意式麵包條

份量很有誠意，都滿大塊的! 名符其實的外酥內軟啊，有淡淡的迷迭香。

沾醬或直接吃都很好吃!

Complimentary breadsticks.

These were actually much larger than I expected! I liked the touch of rosemary and the bread was nice and crisp. The dipping sauce was a little sour but it went well with the bread.

陽光沙拉

本來想點凱薩沙拉，但因為有吃素的在場所以就改成這個啦! 顏色很美是不是?

吃起來味道有點太酸了是真的。

Here we have the salad. It was a choice of this ('sunny salad'...which doesn't really tell us anything?) or Caesar. We had a vegetarian in our group so we opted for this (the Caesar had bacon bits in it.)

It looks really pretty, but it was also too sour and I didn't like it. Not that I don't like sour, but the sour wasn't...a nice kind of taste? A little rubbery.

應該是炸雙拼之類的吧。。。有薯條和雞柳條。

薯條不夠酥脆，倒是味道夠，有些微辣。（我是很懷念隔壁２１世紀風味館的薯條啊～～小時後午餐就是訂他們家的！）

對雞柳沒印象，就是普普吧。

I don't remember the name of this dish but it's just thick-cut fries and chicken strips. The fries weren't crisp enough, but were slightly spicy. I don't remember what the chicken tasted like, so most likely it was just okay.

酥炸魴魚條

後面附的是塔塔醬，有點甜诶。

Fish sticks.

The tartar sauce was really sweet and that's all I remember about this dish.

 那不勒斯傳統披薩

其實吃到這裡已經有點小飽了，可是後面還連續上了三盤有點喘不過氣耶

至少份量很夠哈哈

我對前面提到的瑪格麗特披薩比較有興趣所以這盤我沒碰ＸＤ（好像不怎麼樣，到後來還剩幾片帶回家給老爸充肌＝　＝）

瑪格麗特披薩還好，如果是薄皮的話就更好啦～～（被打

Traditional Neapolitan Pizza.

I think the citizens of Naples would have something to say about this being traditional...lol. I didn't eat it, and it was the only dish that had leftovers (which went to my dad after he got home from work.) Which probably means it wasn't that hot, haha.

I was much more interested in the Margherita (first picture) pizza, which turned out quite okay for Pizza Hut quality. If only the crust were thinner...

這好像是野菇燉飯之類的。

不要看它看起來很小份其實還滿足夠我們吃的。

是鹹了點，不過飯煮得軟爛還可以過得去，奶香再多一點就好了。

Mushroom risotto.

It looks like a small portion from the photo, but there was actually quite a bit to go around.

A bit too salty, but the rice was soft enough (risotto with undercooked rice is reeeealy gross :c.) Could've used a bit more creaminess.

又是魚ＸＤ

印象中是鱈魚排吧（錯了請跟我說我真的不記得ＯＴＬ）？旁邊有些水煮菜，底下鋪了一些薯塊，就是普通而且薯塊也太硬了。

魚本身是還好可是也沒留下許多印象。

I think this was a codfish fillet?

The accompanying vegetables and potato chunks weren't really tasty. :( Just a normal boiled taste (and the potatoes were hard.) Guess the cod itself was alright but I don't remember much of it, either.

吃完後媽媽們又聊了好一會而所以我就跟ＤＤ跑去逛街了ＸＤ

總之吃下來價格還好食物普普，論份量而言是滿夠吃的。

反正是沒有帶著多少期望進來吃的還吃得很飽我是覺得ＣＰ值還可以喔，它位子相當夠當聚餐據點ＸＤ。

And then the parents just kept talking for ... a coupld hours, at least. It was nice that they didn't shoo us out - again, slow Thursday at the mall probably. I went poking around with DD for a bit after.

Results: okay food, okay service. I didn't really bring any expectations to the table to be honest...I mean, you know what you think of when someone brings up Pizza Hut. There are a lot of seats though so I guess it's a nice place to gather with friends, and it isn't as expensive as many of the other restaurants upstairs are either.
